WORSHIP ARTS ACADEMY

Do you have a passion or calling for leading worship? If so, this program is designed for you! Now more than ever churches are seeking worship leaders who are trained and equipped, musically and biblically.  In term one of the program, students learn key elements of being a great commission worshiper and gain extensive understanding of biblical and historical foundations of worship.  This includes worship from Genesis to Revelation and the study of the Great Awakenings. They will also study aspects of worship in the local church and understand how contemporary tools and techniques can be utilized in the ministry setting. In term two of the program, students dive deep into spiritual concepts of leadership and learn how to effectively lead teams and disciple other worshippers. Students also learn important techniques of evangelism for diverse corporate settings and cultures. Lastly, they study passages from the book of Psalms and treasured hymnody as a guide to writing biblically sound songs and manuscripts.
